Comments on MPB management post wildfire

Please see the attached document addressing some recent questions regarding MPB post wildfire event. Most of this information is general and will apply most directly to areas along the northern Front Range recently impacted by wildfire. Some of the information will be applicable in other wildfire events as well. Much of the information regarding the re-application of preventative products is VERY time sensitive and dependent on the status of beetle activity in a given area.

If you have any questions or would like some information related to a specific beetle, forest or fire event please let me know.

Cheers,
